I started using this collagen a couple weeks ago. I can tell you the difference this has made with my skin and hairs phenomenal; as a side note... I have lost a considerable amount of weight the last 4 yours and this has made my joints not hurt while continuing my workout routines! I am down 180lbs and working on my last 18!
