I received this review request because I placed my order 2 weeks ago and as of today I have not received it yet. According to the tracking it has been at multiple sorting facilities for the two weeks and hasn't even made it out of the region. I'm not sure why it has gone to multiple sorting faculties, the perception is that my package is lost by your shipping company.
