After a month of use, I've seen a tremendous difference in the health, thickness, and length of my hair. My nails are stronger and longer. I use both the unflavored collagen peptides for my coffee, and the dairy free vanilla creamer for tea--tastes yummy and makes drinks creamy. I had a dark area on my foot from illness, that also tremendously improved. Thankful for this product, and it comes highly recommended by me.
