I have only been using this for short period however I have already notice improvement with my Hair & Skin. As I have had acrylic nails at Christmas my nail bed is damaged so still waiting to see how this will benefit my nails once damage has grown out.
It dissolves lovely & doesn't change the flavour of my drinks. Very nice product.
