This is a really good collagen. I take it in my hot coffee and has no taste, of course I use the unflavored one. Since I started taking it I can tell there is improvement in my skin. My skin feels so smooth and silky. My hair is growing a a faster rate that’s for sure also. Looking forward for more weeks in and I’ll write another review..
