When I received my order, it was damaged. I contacted the company and they issued me a new one. I was looking forward to trying it out so I actually went to target and purchased a new one while waiting for a replacement to arrive. I understand that things happen and they did a great job responding promptly so I think overall the service was good. Just wish that the package was packed more properly and carefully so time wasn’t wasted in the process.
