On day 7 of my Dose & Co. I haven’t noticed a difference in anything yet but I know the collagen will help in the long run. Love the packaging. It dissolves pretty well if you mix it in luke warm liquid. Mixing it w cold water doesnt melt easily and clumps on your spoon. Try in hot drinks or in a blended smoothie if you don’t like clumps.
