Still only a month or so into my journey, but my nails actually have natural tips and my hair is stating to grow back so much stronger! I’ve always had decent skin, but I’m sure it’s helping as I’m about to turn 44! So easy to take, I use the unflavored, and it’s now just part of my daily routine... customer for life here!!!
