I have been using the creamer in my morning coffee for almost a year now & am definitely experiencing fantastic results. My skin is much clearer then it has ever been. The most noticeable improvement is my nails, I’ve always been a nail biter so had short weak nails that split easily. Now my nails are strong and long ... no need for nail polish !
