I’m really disappointed with my last shipment. I got double shipped not realising I had a subscription order about to send one week after I had ordered... I sent an email request trying to cancel the subscription order and there was zero follow up to my email from the company. The second order was shipped, and this is the first “response” I’ve had to my Cancel order request and it’s not even a response to my email... still think it’s a great product, but I won’t be ordering again.
