I am not happy that despite recent contact and explaining how my loyalty should count as a subscriber did not mean anything. I feel as though I should receive the drink bottle because my subscription won't be due until after the promo. I have stuck w dose and co despite having other products from my Busy mum fitness group being offered and feel this promo should honoured especially since I am receiving this review on a recent purchase where I did not receive my water bottle
