The product itself is def worth the subscription, but I’ve had issues with shipping and I can’t say that the customer service is up to par. I get it. The company out sources to ship the goods, but as a customer I believe the company should be held accountable if anyone is having an issue receiving their PURCHASED product. I wish I knew a better company to buy from. It’s taken almost over a month to get my product and I’m subscribed.. whenever I reach out I always here “it’s out of our hands”
