It has been almost exactly 4 weeks since I started adding the collagen peptide powder to my morning coffee and I have definitely noticed a big difference in my nail beds (so much smoother, stronger and growing out like crazy!), my knee (I have joint pain from an old injury and for almost a week now I’ve noticed a substantial decrease in pain and swelling at the end of the day!!), and I just started to notice my hairline around my forehead growing in again.
