I am set up on the recurring shipping, and it was time for my reshipment. The day of delivery it showed delivered, but i never received the package. The FedEx guy never even came to my door. We was home and the Ring doorbell camera showed not footage of delivery. I contacted FedEx they told me to reach out to the shipper. I reached out to Dose & Co. was told to wait 3 to 4 days before reporting... Wow smh, I did and emailed (MULTIPLE) them back from the same email chain and still to date have not received response or my shipment.
