Definitely blends well. It’s too soon to see if it helps my nails and hair. I got 3 gluten free items: plain collagen, dairy free salted caramel, and dairy free chocolate protein powder. Love the caramel flavor. The chocolate is fine but not super chocolatey so I add raw cocoa powder.
