When I started adding this to my morning coffee I was hoping to just have my hair grow faster and my finger nails to thicken. But what happened was even better! After about a month of adding this to my coffee every morning, the small clear bumps that have been on my forehead and cheeks for years disappeared! I was in shock, my skin is so smooth now.
