It should come with a spoon and unless I put this in a hot beverage it does not dissolve. I put it in my almond milk yesterday after the gym and it was clumpy it doesn’t dissolve. This kind of product should really include a spoon a nice safe wooden spoon or something Doesn’t have to be plastic.
