I subscribe a bi-monthly pure Collagen from Dose&Co. I got the first lot smooth and fast, very happy.
When the subscription due for renewal, I was told the pure Collagen was out of stock. I then wait and wait, thinking I will be notified when it's available but no one seems to know. I sent an email to Customer Service, the person who replied (Shubham) didn't seem to care much, he gave me a general reply and said:
"I will check on this one and will get back to you soon with an update".
Nothing happens after that, I had to put in an order for a different type of collagen. So far nobody bother about my original subscription.
Little bit more care from Customer Service would make the Service perfect.
