I have definitely noticed 3 things since I have been using the creamer. I now have tons of baby hairs sticking up all over my head. Also I have realized how much more often I have to trim my nails. But the best part for me is for years I have had this problem with small red pimples on my nose. I have tried tons of things that don’t help but have noticed since using the creamer they are gone!
