I've found Customer Service are usually always really good with their response too. Delivery use to be amazing (but blaming that one on Covid) However, since D&C has been picked up in the States getting my hands on a tub is getting so hard! I use to be able to walk into the Supermarket and buy a tub, now it's only the Whey Collagen Protein that is available - customer demand perhaps (??)
