I just started so I really can't give any feedback but say that the taste is not as bad as I thought. I ordered the non flavored to drink it with my cafe con leche every morning and I like it. I do can say it does not sit well when taken with water. Easy to use but too early to see results. But I will keep you posted! Price is manageable.
