My skin is looking healthier and hydrated, nails are longer and stronger, and my hair is growing pretty fast and it looks/feels healthy. I am currently on the Caramel creamer and it taste so good with my coffee. I also tried the vanilla creamer and it also taste amazing with my coffee. Worth buying!
