I signed up for auto ship 15 days ago. Still haven’t received my first item and I can not get anyone in customer service to help me. I’ve emailed at least twice and there is no phone number to be able to speak to someone! Now I’m getting charged for another shipment with no way to cancel or get info on my first order that has not been received! I am not a happy customer!
