I feel like my hair is thicker and my skin stronger. I like the Pure Collagen rather than the Collagen Protein because it’s easier for me to add 2 tsp to coffee than the 2 Tbsp of Collagen Protein. Though if you need protein as well it’s probably a good option.
I did have to go without because it was out of stock and I wasn’t as good at taking the protein powder (see ease comment above), and it seemed like my hair wasn’t as full. So, I will now order my Collagen Protein in multiples. :)
