The flavour is not exactly 'pleasant' but it's subtle and handlable. If you add it to coffee, you can't taste it at all, so I recommend this method of taking it. Stir really well and it dissolves completely. I cannot say whether it's had any effect on my skin or health as yet as I've only been taking it for a week and I believe it takes some time to see results.
