I love the product, but the customer service is seriously lacking.
I was meant to receive a water bottle and never did.
Also the product I had on subscription was discontinued and I was told 5 days after a payment had processed and it too another 10 days to be resolved before it was shipped after the next subscription order was paid for . So definitely pays to keep tabs on your orders make sure you're receiving them all if on subscription.
