I love the product, I have bought online and also from coles. I have bought about 6 now, my only concern is , they have all gone hard as a rock about a quarter of the way from the bottom which is really disappointing. I always use a dry spoon and replace the lid straight away so We can eliminate that as a reason. Are you able to explain because I think it needs addressing. Thank you.
