Took a few months to notice. BUT.. I have had a double lung transplant. Before transplant nails were always strong and healthy. Post transplant the medication made my nails brittle my hair thin. Since taking Dose and Co my nails are strong again, my hair has a natural shine and my curls are coming back. (I lost them due to over straightening) would definitely recommend :)
