Really not happy with my experience here. Its been 2 weeks and I still don't have my product. I was given a tracking number with no link or info on what courier company was being used. Faq says its NZ post which it wasnt. It took multiple days to get any kind of response from customer service which didn't end up being helpful anyways. I do love the product and would normally by instore but I wanted to try buying on subscription. I will not be purchasing from this website again.
