I had stopped taking collagen and had to start again. I definitely notice a difference when I take this. Not just in my hair and skin, but in my joints!! I have bursitis which is when a tendon is wrapped around a joint. It is painful. I started taking Dose & Co. collagen again and immediately the pain subsided and stayed that way. It works.
