I have been taking this for over a year and my skin and hair are healthy and clear. Before I started taking Dose & Co I noticed a dulling of my skin, and aging started to show. I feel like my addition of Dose & Co every morning and most evenings has slowed signs of aging and my hair grows healthy and quickly. I’m happy with the product and am happy to have a subscription.
