We have been on your collagen about 18 months. Continues to improve skin, nails and hair, grows like crazy! At one point my husband and I ran out and used another product. Was much harder to dissolve into morning coffee - had leftover in the bottom of the cup every day. Will continue to use. Did have a difficult time finding product since company has changed recently.
