First time purchase, its only been 2 weeks, but easy to scoop, dissolve & not too sweet which is a great start, I honestly like to give myself a minimum of a month regularly using to see how it treats me, I think I’ll need an additional purchase as the first purchase is going quickly which I had hoped would last longer & I'm going by recommendation.
