This has worked for me. My nails have gotten stronger for sure as I’ve had 2 kids and my collagen has dramatically decreased 😭 so I started worrying and decided to try this product. Within 2 weeks i started feeling the difference with my nails. I recommend this. It takes 3 months for solid results but so far so good.
