I purchased the 'free' (paid for shipping) tub of Peach Collagen Peptides via a Facebook ad, then added an extra 4 tubs of the collagen via the upsell. 2 x tubs arrived - shipped separately. I contacted support who were very helpful and looked into the issue. After I provided them with some more info, they said they would send out the missing tubs. However, 4 days later and I have received no confirmation that these have been shipped, hence my poor review. This is a shame as the product is good and the flavour is quite nice. Hopefully I'll receive the products soon and can update my review.
