Personally I don’t like the taste. There is a weird funkiness along with the fruit taste. I usually just pinch my nose and drink it. Haven’t had any in a few days because the taste isn’t desirable enough sorry.. Not sure if there has been a change in my hair or nails yet. Guess I need to consume more first..
