I decided to try Dose & Co after having tried Adashiko, Amazonia Raw and Jeuneora over the years. I must say the Dose & Co doesn't mix into the water as well as the rest do, and the flavour on it's own isn't too flash..but we put it in our smoothie every morning, and I've noticed my nails grow quicker which is good. I'll keep using until it's gone
