I absolutely loved the creamer that I ordered and have noticed after just one tub that my nails and hair are growing faster and my skin is looking for vibrant than ever. The only thing that I was unhappy about was the fact that I asked for a free scoop to come with my creamer so that I am serving myself the correct amount but it did not come with one so the doses each day were inconsistent and harder to keep track of.
