I have only been taking the Beauty Blend for 3 weeks so haven’t noticed any changes just yet. Currently have gel nail polish on so will be interesting to see if my nails are stinger when it comes off. Flavour is perfect with my coffee, super easy to take! Just wish the lid was resealable/screwed on :)
