I've been back using the creamer and unflavored marine collagen for a few weeks after a short break (due to running out) and the first thing that I have noticed is that my hair is shedding far LESS. After I dye my hair I always lose big clumps at the conditioning stage. I dyed it two days ago and I would say about 60% less hair came out. It has to be my D & C!
