I have the original beauty blend which I’ll be honest I can’t get past the taste so don’t actually use... but I also have the vanilla, caramel and coconut creamers and those taste amazing! My favourite is caramel which I will continue to purchase. I haven’t noticed a difference in my skin or nails yet, although I do have some baby hairs coming through and my hair feels thicker.
