100% believe in these products. Not only have they helped my hair skin and nails, but the CREAMERS, I've tried 2 so far Mocha and Coconut are delicious. The Vanilla protein however, wasn't my favourite, but I'm just not a Vanilla fan in general. Although I'm yet to try the chocolate, so watch this space.
