The vanilla creamer is the best tasting collagen I’ve had...EVER! Also, I recently tore a ligament right off my ankle and I am 100% convinced that the collagen helped me get out of a moon boot in just over 2 weeks instead of the 4-6 expected and continues to aid my recovery.
