Been using dose and collagen powder the past two months on off and my hair has grown a lot even baby hairs and helped my nails grow too and I have a habit of biting them and they have grown a lot and haven’t wonted too eat them, so I’m so happy about that as I have nice nails and haven’t been tempted too bite them. Also has helped with my acne and keeping my skin clear!! Thanks so much !!
