I never received my product. I have emailed the company twice now and have been told the product is still on the way but nobody has any idea where it is or when it will arrive. I was told things were slow due to COVID but everything else I have ordered online in the last month arrived within a week. Obviously the courier you are using is not very good if your company is trying to track down a package and nobody has any idea where it is other than to say it is in transit. I have gone on the DHL site myself and it tells me absolutely nothing. I have asked to be reimbursed but got not response on that either.
