I noticed results with my hair and nails after about 2 weeks! My hair is thin and was very brittle at ends due to the blonde drying. For me my hair felt thicker and my nails stopped chipping as much. I was so impressed & loved using the product. One scoop in my morning coffee or cup of tea.
I was happy to see the products stocked in Aus supermarkets too after returning recently, but unfortunately cant buy the Marine Collagen in shops or from Aus store.
