I have been using Dose & Co since I had my son 7 weeks ago. I have noticed a massive improvement in my nail growth especially, but also hair growth and skin. I thought my hormones would be all over the place and I would experience hair loss after having my baby, and acne like my last two pregnancies. But not since taking Dose & Co. I am addicted and have stocked up from my local grocery store! Love the taste and look forward to having it in my coffee each morning.
