I ordered a product from them for valentines day. The product was not delivered. On top of the fact that the product was not delivered. they have no method to contact them, aside from an automated service desk, which I have not gotten a reply from, even though they claim to have 24/7 customer service.
Another note, this company is a 100% scam. They picture their products as if they are real flowers, and its not until you read the very fine print at the bottom of the website that you realize that they are fake roses.
