“I fell for one of their ads about a week or so before Valentine's Day on social media. I paid well over $100 for one of their products, and then paid for Rush Shipping on top of that, to ensure that it would arrive before Valentine's Day (it promised a 2/13 arrival date). It also promised that if you paid for Rush Shipping, it would be shipped within 24 hours.
None of this happened. It did NOT ship for 5 days, and they hadn't even given it to USPS until the morning of 2/13. By then, the estimated arrival date had been pushed to 2/15, which made this obviously totally useless for my Valentine's Day plans. I told them I obviously would not need these anymore if they weren't going to come by Valentine's Day and to cancel the order, and they offered me NOTHING. They told me that's too bad, and did NOT let me cancel it, and then did NOT refund me ANYTHING.
I've filed a dispute with my credit card. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS COMPANY. There is a reason why they have so many 1-star reviews on other review sites across the web. I completely regret falling for their ad.”
“Awful company! Ordered on 2/4/23 and as of 2/21/23 still have not received my order or even an expected delivery date. UPS still says label created. Contacted them multiple times received a response but none have been helpful. Just the typical we will look into it. I highly doubt that! Do not order from this company!!!”
“Literally the worst company to deal with. My boyfriend got me the teddy bear roses for valentines day - he paid extra shipping and extra for a card. The card never came in the mail. The teddy bear rose is literally one of the ugliest things I've seen. It does not look anything like the photos - its foam roses that look like they were put together by an elementary school child. Since they were not real roses, they are eligible for return however despite paying extra for the insurance its impossible to get a refund. The service is always done - we have tried reaching out to their customer support at least 50 times and nobody responds. It's the end of May and we have not received a refund yet. Absolutely horrible company”
“Dose of Roses is a awful company. The shipping was late even though I paid extra for the over night shipping. The roses that came were poorly made and had no scent what so ever. I hope no one else wastes their money on this garbage like I regretfully did.”
“I ordered a gift on valentines day for my mother, paid for fast shipping and everything. guess what happened ~ I never received it!!! The representative refused to help me and she suggested I called USPS/ mailing company to check on the status of my package and that I would need to discuss with them for a refund ( what a joke, I bought from dose of roses not USPS LOL ) anyways if you have already made the mistake of purchasing from this company please go to your bank and place a stop payment IMMEDIATELY. that is the only way you will get a refund, I had to literally file a claim with my bank and submit picture verification that they were refusing to refund me. Once my bank saw the history they INSTANTLY refunded me and advised they would handle directly with dose of roses, I of course won the claim because I never received it, but yeah just a heads up it's not what you think.”
“I ordered a rose bear for a valentine's gift. I paid for expedited shipping and order protection with a delivery date of 02/14/2022. Total cost $139. On 02/14/2022, I checked to see when the gift would be delivered...it had not even shipped. I attempted chat message, email and phone call, all with negative contact. I cancelled my order and disputed the charge to my bank. Cannot be depended on. I will never use this company, again.”
“I bought 2 items by mistake. I wanted to return 1. However, I have been trying to be in contact with them for the past month. Emailed them, called them, and messaged them on social media. No response from any of them. I finally get a response on Facebook but they have been leaving me on seen and ignoring me. This company is a total scam. You won't be able to get any refund for any issues. Don't bother buying this from this company.”
“If there were a way to give the store zero stars, they've earned that. Aside from ripping me off by offering an expedited shipping service at a higher more premium cost during the Valentine's Day holiday where they practically guaranteed the delivery of the gift that I had purchased for my wife and daughter without any suggestions to delays of any sorts, this business instead of owning up to their fault offered me not a "full refund" of the extra "premium" shipping cost that they charged me for but instead only offered me 40% refund of that additional shipping cost and ultimately only paid me 20% of what they offered for the "gift" that I had purchased which, ultimately shipped/arrived about two full weeks after Valentine's Day. Aside from the gift coming utterly late and missing the mark on the purpose/occasion that it was purchased for, the item arrived damaged. We are talking about nearly $600.00 in followers that came to us damaged. The flowers were somewhat crushed with some of the petals torn/cracked. Again, the best they can offer was $100.00 refund. I'm seriously not sure what their out of pocket cost would have been for the amount of flowers used but surely they could have done a little better than this once you consider all the other problems that I've encountered with my purchase to begin with. They even offered me 20% off of "future purchases". This was like the "punch line" to a very sad and disappointing joke of theirs and their service/product. They've might as well offered nothing else because "fool me once"... if I can save anyone else any time and money, I will be sure to try my best to do so. We work very hard for our money, especially in times like today where work has been anything but guaranteed... there are literally tons of other reputable businesses they offers the same type of service and products and I strongly suggest you do yourselves a favor a look them over before jumping in this sorry rabbit hole that is dose of roses... that is if you care about having your gift delivered for that special occasion on time and in good condition which you would think would be a universal expectation...”

“Similar to other reviews im seeing here. Ordered a few things February 4th to ensure delivery by Valentines day. Get an email on the 10th stating my order was cancelled and refunded. Checked my account and it wasnt refunded but in order to try and get a gift on time I placed another order. Due to timing and supplies the second one was obviously more expensive. Also added rushed processing for $9. That order was placed the 11th. Today is the 17th. I still have no refund for the 1st order and the 2nd order still has no tracking data. I have emailed the company on the 11th with no word back yet. First email address was no good and got an automated response. Absolute trash company.”
“I ordered Feb 11th but on the site I was still in the requirements to have it by Valentine's Day but just incase to make sure I paid extra $8.95 for rush processing and shipping was $24 so one would think that's almost overnight or 2 day prices! It's the 13th I keep looking for it I get online check the tracking it's not getting delivered until Tuesday the 16th $24 shipping $8.95 rush processing for what now I have go out buy something last minute something boring while it's all picked over! When I got my delivery from dose of roses I was so happy to have finally found a store that I could order from without disappointment! 10 out of 10 would recommend.
