"I bought 2 items by mistake. I wanted to return 1. However, I have been trying to be in contact with them for the past month. Emailed them, called them, and messaged them on social media. No response from any of them. I finally get a response on Facebook but they have been leaving me on seen and ignoring me. This company is a total scam. You won't be able to get any refund for any issues. Don't bother buying this from this company."

"\r\nIf there were a way to give the store zero stars, they've earned that. Aside from ripping me off by offering an expedited shipping service at a higher more premium cost during the Valentine's Day holiday where they practically guaranteed the delivery of the gift that I had purchased for my wife and daughter without any suggestions to delays of any sorts, this business instead of owning up to their fault offered me not a \"full refund\" of the extra \"premium\" shipping cost that they charged me for but instead only offered me 40% refund of that additional shipping cost and ultimately only paid me 20% of what they offered for the \"gift\" that I had purchased which, ultimately shipped\/arrived about two full weeks after Valentine's Day. Aside from the gift coming utterly late and missing the mark on the purpose\/occasion that it was purchased for, the item arrived damaged. We are talking about nearly $600.00 in followers that came to us damaged. The flowers were somewhat crushed with some of the petals torn\/cracked. Again, the best they can offer was $100.00 refund. I'm seriously not sure what their out of pocket cost would have been for the amount of flowers used but surely they could have done a little better than this once you consider all the other problems that I've encountered with my purchase to begin with. They even offered me 20% off of \"future purchases\". This was like the \"punch line\" to a very sad and disappointing joke of theirs and their service\/product. They've might as well offered nothing else because \"fool me once\"... if I can save anyone else any time and money, I will be sure to try my best to do so. We work very hard for our money, especially in times like today where work has been anything but guaranteed... there are literally tons of other reputable businesses they offers the same type of service and products and I strongly suggest you do yourselves a favor a look them over before jumping in this sorry rabbit hole that is dose of roses... that is if you care about having your gift delivered for that special occasion on time and in good condition which you would think would be a universal expectation..."
